Message from the Minister

Living with Uncertainty

I know it’s difficult to live with so much uncertainty.

By now, for many of us, our day to day routines have returned to some sort of routine.  Even so, there is so much outside of our control.

This next week is a time to be gentle with ourselves.  To be kind to ourselves.  A time to get extra rest.  To ground and center ourselves.

Whatever happens in the presidential election, whatever the aftermath of that result will be, is beyond our control.  What is in our power is how we respond.

Living with uncertainty is challenging.  We’re called to care for ourselves.  We’re called to care for each other.  We’re called to center ourselves in our deepest values and remain committed to living from and for those values.

Reach in to care for yourself.

Reach out to care for each other.

Center deep to live your values.

May it be so.
